Decision making

In the general course of a day, we make decisions continuously and for some things it seems, we are able to make decisions automatically without pause for thought or obvious reflection.

However, it is generally a very confusing and stressful time when we are choosing between the alternatives and options ( one of which maybe to do nothing ) which may effect our health, wellbeing, life and death.

I went in search of some useful tools to help in the decision making process and found these two gems on the Internet. I am interested to see what you think about them. One is an interactive form which assists you to structure the decision making process and is especially designed for health related and social decisions. The other tool is a link to an application called  ‘I should ‘ and is located  on Facebook.
